Running five connected accounts at a daily content cadence produces a lot of data. We've quietly built an internal platform that makes sense of it — so our team makes the right call on what to film, what to ship, and where to spend.

Why build it ourselves

Generic dashboards don't fit how a five-account studio actually works.

Off-the-shelf analytics products are built around a single account. Our setup — one official brand account, four operational accounts, multiple advertiser accounts — generates data that needs to be unified before it becomes useful.

We treated that unification layer as core infrastructure, not a side project. The team uses it every day, so we built it around the questions we actually ask, not around a generic dashboard template.

Studio Analytics System

A unified internal view across our advertising operations and brand account content performance on TikTok.

What it does

Brings advertising data (campaigns, ad groups, creatives) and Business Account content insights into a single internal view, so our operations team can make day-to-day decisions on a consistent foundation.

Why we use APIs

Manual exports from TikTok Ads Manager and creator dashboards don't scale to our cadence. Marketing API and Business Account API let us automate ingestion and keep the data fresh enough to act on.

TikTok Marketing API and Business Account API, accessing advertiser accounts and Business Accounts owned and operated by Yuanmu Trading (深圳远牧科技有限公司).

How data is used

Internal business intelligence only. The platform powers internal dashboards, weekly reviews, and operational decisions on creative, products, and media spend.

Who uses it

Our internal studio team. The platform is not offered as a product, a service, or an analytics tool to any external party.

Where data lives

On our own infrastructure with role-based access controls. API credentials are kept in encrypted secrets management. Access is restricted to authorized team members.

Scope statement: All data accessed through TikTok APIs comes exclusively from accounts owned and operated by Yuanmu Trading. The Studio Analytics System is an internal-only system. Data is not redistributed, resold, exported, or shared with any external party.
Security & compliance

Built with platform terms in front of mind.

We handle all platform data in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and applicable data protection regulations.

The system runs under role-based access controls. API credentials live in encrypted secrets storage. All data, at rest and in transit, is encrypted. Access logs are retained for our own audit purposes.

We do not redistribute, resell, share, or otherwise make platform data available to external parties. All analytics outputs are consumed internally by our team for our own operational decisions.
